Random Poem.

Roses are red,
your eye is black and blue,
thanks for giving me flowers,
by the way I stole your shoe.

You came by my house,
at a quarter to two,
my parents were sleeping,
my sister was too.

I said go away,
you were persistent enough,
I said no thanks,
but you called my bluff.

We exchanged words,
no way I was listening,
I fell asleep twice,
I don't care if it wasn't nice.

Thank God it was morning,
time to wake up,
you were asleep on my porch,
I shoved you off.

I could not believe,
that you would not leave,
I gave you a shiner,
you thought it was minor.

I tried to reason,
with words of advice,
you don't know how hard it was, to sound partially nice,
and I said I hated you way more than just twice.

Finlay I gave up,
and said enough was enough,
Leave me alone and give me the flowers,
I have to get in and go take a shower.

Sure enough there they were,
all pretty and green,
I hid my face,
trying not to be seen.

Then I stole your shoe,
and gave it to my dog,
because I don't like flowers,
which you brought me instead.
